No charge

Creating a company account, passing verification, publishing lots, bidding and using the deal chat cost nothing. The planned success fee will apply only when a real deal completes after launch.

Deducted when escrowed funds are released

The planned standard rate is 3%. Reduced rates from 2% are planned to apply to high-volume and repeat sellers. The exact percentage and the resulting euro amount are shown to both parties before the deal is accepted, and no fee is charged if a deal does not complete.

Locked when you place a bid

After launch, a refundable deposit is intended to secure serious bidding. It will be returned in full to losing bidders when the auction closes, and credited against the purchase price for the winner. It is forfeited only where a winning bidder withdraws without cause, as set out in the Terms. All prototype deposits are simulated and no money moves.

Optional, standalone use

Unlimited fingerprinted document storage, integrity verification, controlled sharing and audit trails for companies that want the document room outside a specific deal. The Safe Room attached to your own deals is included at no extra cost.

Optional, before you order

Where you ask us to contact an issuer and confirm that a certificate or licence was genuinely issued, the price depends on the issuer and jurisdiction. You see the amount and approve it before the request is submitted. We confirm what the issuer tells us; we never guarantee an outcome.

Third-party costs

Deals are denominated in the currency of the listing. CargoVault adds no conversion margin; any conversion cost is charged by your own bank or payment provider.
